Why Seeking professional help in the Immigration process is important?

Although the Government of Canada has made the process of migrating to Canada, way easier than before it is best to apply for PR status with the help of a consultant rather than on your own. This way you will be able to avoid any rejection of your application and smooth handling of the application can be administered. Further, if you have good representation for yourself then you can be guided in the proper direction. Some people have scores as less as 400 CRS points and they are left clueless about their options. In such cases one can apply for Ontario PNP, where skilled workers are invited at a score of 400 or above. But, it is an information which only a good consultancy firm will be able to provide. Thus, make sure you go the best in the industry for your representation.

Latest Rules for immigrating to Canada

When planning to apply for a PR status it is important that one keeps himself / herself updated about the latest developments for the immigration process. Some of the latest developments in the Immigration to Canada are:

  • The knowledge of French can help you attain higher points for migration.
  • There are additional points allocated if a sibling stays in Canada.

What to look for in a good consultant?

Choosing the right consultant to undertake your case is the main defining line between selection and rejection of your application. A right consultancy firm can make all the difference by the way they represent your case and how they make you choose from the different options available. The consultancy fee charged by an immigration service is not high as compared to the price of your career and going through them can help you sort one of the most important processing of your lifetime. However, there few things that you should look for in a good consultancy firm:

  • The foremost thing is that the company should be registered. IICRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council) is the immigration regulatory body of Canada.
  • It’s important to note that the consultancy firm hired for representation has a good track record and offers solid representation to your candidature.
  • It creates reliability if the consultancy is operating from a fixed geographical location that is they have a permanent office setting.
  • It works positively for the candidate if the Consultancy firm agrees to offer additional services to the customer.
  • The experts working with the consultancy should have complete knowledge of the immigration process.

Thanks to the internet the application filing is an online process now thus while filing for application for immigration the candidate can look for the best immigration services anywhere in the World rather than settling for an average one based on the location the firm. With the geographical constraints removed the candidate can opt for a consultation service with promising track record and be free of thinking about physical accessibility of the organisation. How to start the Process of Immigration from UAE to Canada?

Shifting from UAE to Canada can be a major decision and it has become the choice of many people in the recent past. When planning to live in Canada, you can apply for a Permanent Residency (PR) status. The PR status is allotted by the Canadian government for a period of five years and it is mainly acquired through two main pathways – Express Entry Program and Provincial Nominee program (PNP).

Express Entry Program

Express Entry program was introduced by the government of Canada in January, 2015 and it has made it easier to attain PR status in Canada. The application is filled online and thus the processing is highly customer friendly. It is a federal system thus the candidate is free to settle anywhere in Canada. It has channels which invite skilled workers to Canada through:

Federal Skilled Workers Program and Federal Skilled Traders program. Under the Express Entry Program, the eligibility of the candidate is checked through point measurement for which the calculation is done based on the following criteria’s:

  • Age
  • Language proficiency
  • Education
  • Work experience
  • Adaptability

After the candidate points are calculated the entry is put in a pool out of which Express Entry Draw is taken out which decides the minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score which would be the benchmark for qualification. Generally, these draws come out after every fortnight and they decide the fate of the aspirants. Those candidates who get minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score are asked to apply and they are sent an ITA (Invitation to Apply). The candidate has a timeframe of 90 days to send a reply to the ITA. The screening time of the application generally takes a time frame of 6 to 12 months. If due to some reason, the Invitation to Apply is not received by the candidate then the candidate is should submit another entry in order to seek fresh candidateship for immigration to Canada.

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

Canadian Immigration from UAE under PNP Program 2018

PNP or provincial Nominee program is a mode of online application in which PR status from a province can be sought if due to some reason the person is unable to qualify for the federal Express Entry province. Since, the PR status in this case is allocated by a particular province it is considered morally ethical if the candidate stays in that province for a minimum period of two years before shifting to a new location. The PR Status of the candidate for each Province is garnered only when the minimum eligibility for that particular province is met and the eligibility criteria is different for every Province like Saskatchewan asks for a minimum of 60 points grid to be eligible for PR status.

26th March 2018, brought very good news for the Canada Immigration aspirants as on this day OINP ( Ontario Immigration Nominee Program) sent ITA (Invitation to Apply) through its Human Capital Priorities stream (HCP) to Express Entry candidates who had the CRS score as low as 351 points. BY this measure a total of 1808 NOIs for the HCP stream were issued by the Ontario Government. However, it’s important to note that since Canada is always looking for skilled workers to migrate therefore having enough work experience can work in your advantage, especially in areas where your job profile is in demand. Applying for these locations make your eligible for PNPs (Provincial Nominee Programs).
