Nationwide Immigration » Latest-news » 500 New Applicants Invited for Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category

9th express entry draw 2018

The Saskatchewan Express Entry sub-category has invited 500 new applications on first come first serve basis

There is a good news for Canada aspirants as the subcategory of Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP), International Skilled Workers, opened and invited new 500 Express Entry applicants on 5th July 2018. It is the third time this year that the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP) has invited entries, the previous two intakes in this year were in January and June respectively.

The entry through this program is limited for the candidates who had first filed the application for the Permanent Residency(PR) status of Canada through the Express Entry Program. The candidate who couldn’t make through the cut off of the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points are given a second chance through the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP). Through this, the applicants of the Express Entry Pool can apply to the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP) subcategory and can get their applications processed on the first come first serve basis. That means the candidates who fill in the entries first will be selected. Hence, the desirous applicants need to speed fast with the process of the Permanent Residency(PR) status otherwise the entries would be filled completely.

The best part of being selected through the Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP) model is that the candidates will be allotted 600 extra points under the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) system for attaining the Provincial Nomination. Further, the candidate need not have a valid job offer to apply under this category but a minimum work experience on any of the NOC category – O, A or B is considered a requirement. There are 33 occupations in demand in the Saskatchewan region and the candidate can select any of these categories for employment in Canada but it is wise if a work in which the candidate has experience is selected.
