The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) issued a total of 354 invitations under the Express Entry BC (EEBC) and Skills Immigration streams. Applicants were invited from the skilled worker, international graduate, and entry-level and semi-skilled subcategories.
The minimum score required for successful applicants was as follows:
BC PNP holds rounds of invitations across its various categories and PNP feeds every week. BC’s largest PNP draw of the year was on September 29, when 450 invitations for provincial nominations were issued.
To apply for the Skills Immigration or Express Entry BC categories, applicants must first create a profile through BC PNP’s online portal and register under its Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS).
All the applicants in the BC PNP’s SIRS are assessed and are awarded points based on factors such as education level, work experience, English proficiency, and location of employment.
In case the application for provincial nomination is accepted, they can then use their provincial nomination to apply for permanent residence with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
Express Entry applicants who receive a nomination from British Columbia will receive an additional 600 points for their Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score.
These individuals are effectively guaranteed an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in a future Federal Express Entry draw.

Before initiating the immigration process, I was a bit skeptical, however, after having a word with their consultant who explained the whole process to me over the phone without trying to sell their service, I felt assured. I did not give it a second thought and initiated my immigration process. All the case managers at Nationwide Visas are well-versed with the process and never fall short of expectations whenever I walk up to them with any queries.
