How to get a Job in Canada from Dubai?

Know the process to Get Job in Canada From Dubai?

Many people love the idea of relocating to a new country and starting the life afresh and when such a decision is on the mind of the person then Canada should be the most preferred location of the aspiring immigrant. People migrating from Dubai find it easier to relocate in a country like Canada as it offers good standard of living, low crime rate, improved infrastructure, growth prospects and employment opportunities in almost every profession.  There is something for almost every profession in Canada and an individual can grow manifolds by living in Canada both in terms of personal and professional life. But, when someone is planning to relocate to a new destination then the major concern is always in terms of employment opportunities at the new place.

Why Getting a Permanent Residency (PR) Status is better if you want a job in Canada?

When migrating to Canada, some people opt for work permit or temporary work visas for migration but it is mistake on the part of the candidate who is relocating as the best way to settle and get a job in Canada is through a Permanent Residency (PR) Status in Canada. It is the most popular visa program in the world as it offers benefits which are very similar to the full Canadian Citizen rights. With the Permanent Residency (PR) Status which is allotted for a period of five years and is a family visa, the candidate can avail benefits of free education, free healthcare, the right to live, study and work in Canada and Canadian passport also allows Candidate to travel visa free to a number of countries.

Why Choice of Permanent Residency (PR) Status is better than a Work Permit?

The work visa although seems easy and convenient at first has its own limitations. It has an expiry date thus when the visa expires the candidate can lose his / her job. Also the paperwork might be less with the work visa but also the benefits that the candidate gets are also less. But, if a candidate opts for a Permanent Residency (PR) status then apart from all the other benefits there is benefit of working anywhere in the country. Moreover, while migrating to a new country when a candidate is evaluated under the Express Entry Program then the screening is holistic and since the candidate is evaluated by the CIC, a federal governing body, the employers also consider it safe to hire these candidates. As the candidates are properly screened before migration, it is a validation that the candidate is mentally and physically fit and also capable of undertaking a working position in Canada.

How to get a Permanent Residency (PR) Status in Canada?

There are different programs and categories available through which the candidate can migrate to Canada. Some of the popular pathways of migrating to Canada are – Express Entry Program, Provincial Nominee Program(PNP) and Quebec Skilled Workers Program (QSWP).

  • Express Entry Program – It is a federal selection system in which the Government of Canada invites skilled Candidates in the country. There are three main sub categories under this program – Federal Skilled Workers Program, Federal Skilled Traders Program and Canadian Experience Class. The candidate is evaluated in the categories on the basis of point measurement and the points are calculated as per Age, language, education, Work Experience, Arranged Employment and Adaptability. For qualification, the candidate needs to meet the point system assessment needs.
  • Provincial Nominee Program(PNP) – The candidates who are unable to qualify under the Express Entry Program can qualify through the Provincial Nominee Program(PNP). It is a Province based Permanent Residency (PR) Status in which the PR is allotted based on the eligibility criterion of that particular province. Please note that every province takes into account the occupation in-demand in their region for qualification for the Provincial Nominee Program(PNP)
  • Quebec Skilled Workers Program (QSWP)– It is the Permanent Residency (PR) Status for the Quebec Region only. Under this the Permanent Residency (PR) Status is allotted in two stages, at first the approval is required from the Quebec Region thenthe approval from the federal government is requirement. In Quebec region, the knowledge of the French Language can be highly advantageous.
