QSWP is a provincial Nominee Program for Quebec province.  Under this program, the PR status for the Quebec region is acquired and in this process first the Approval is sought from the Quebec province and after that the approval is sought by the federal government.

Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is a tool that is used to calculate the points of an individual based on his Age, Language Proficiency, Education and work Experience. It is only after you score enough points in the CRS than you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for the Canadian PR Status. A good comprehensive Ranking System(CRS)  score will increase your options and choices and will help you settle in  Canada in a hassle free manner.
