Sub – category Entries of Saskatchewan Express Entry closed

The first – come – first- serve basis, entries under the sub category of International Skilled Worker Occupation in –demand of Saskatchewan Express Entry is now closed.  The seats were filled within hours of opening and through this provincial pathway there were total number of 400 applications which were accepted.

The Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP) opened the Express Entry linked sub category International Skilled Worker Occupation in-demand on 13th June, 2018 and it accepted a total number of 400 applications. It took only three hours’ time for the seats to be filled and those 400 candidates who were quickest to apply got through the SINP program.

It was second time in 2018 that the entries were open in this category. Prior to this, the entries under this category were accepted on January 10, 2018. That time also an intake of 400 candidates was invited by the IRCC.


Why International Skilled Worker Occupation in – demand of Saskatchewan Express Entry is a good immigration option?

The candidates who have qualified through this program will receive an extra 600 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) point and will be sent and invitation to apply (ITA) for the PR status of Canada.  Further, this is a very attractive category for immigrants as it does not require a job offer from the candidate for immigration. How to Qualify in International Skilled Worker Occupation in – demand category?

For qualification in this category, the eligible candidates must have education, skills and necessary work experience in one of the 36 listed occupations. To register in this category, the candidate should create a profile in Express Entry Program and get himself entered in the Express Entry Pool after that an account needs to be created through the SINP’s online system. The federal forms and provincial requirements should be fulfilled by the candidate and he should be ready with all the necessary document. So that when the entries open, no time is wasted in collection of documents. All the accepted candidates will be notified in time and will have 30 days to accept the nomination.
