Canada will reopen the much-awaited Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship Program (PGP) invitation starting from July 28, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announces on July 16, 2025. In this year’s invitation, IRCC issued 17,860 applications to submit roughly within two weeks to receive 10,000 completed applications for sponsorship in 2025.
