Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another Express Entry Draw. The Express Entry Latest Draw was conducted to invited under the Healthcare and Social Services occupations.

This was the fifth Express Entry draw of the year and the 32nd round of invitations in 2025. This is the second-largest Healthcare and Social Services Draw of the year.

Express Entry Latest Draw Highlights

The latest Express Entry draw was held on August 19, 2025 and invited 2,500 candidates under Healthcare and Social Services with a CRS cut-off of 470.

If more than one candidate had the minimum CRS score of 470, priority was given to those who submitted their Express Entry profiles earlier.

This round of invitations may be issued to candidates in the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and Federal Skilled Trades Program(FSTP).

For comparison, a July 22, 2025, healthcare draw invited 4,000 candidates at a CRS cut-off of 475, while smaller draws, like a June 4, 2025, Healthcare and social services occupations, had higher cut-offs (504 for 500 ITAs).

Since the launch of category-based Express Entry draws on May 31, 2023, IRCC has held 10 healthcare-focused rounds under both Version 1 (Healthcare) and Version 2 (Healthcare and Social Services), issuing a total of 23,350 invitations.
