Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted the first Express Entry draw of September 2025, issuing 249 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) stream.

The latest Express Entry draw was held on September 2, 2025 and a total of 249 candidates were invited to apply for PR under the PNP category. The minimum CRS cut-off required for this draw was 772.
