Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced the fourth draw of December 2025. They conducted the new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, issuing ITAs to eligible candidates seeking permanent residence in Canada.

The latest Express Entry draw was held on December 15, 2025, and 399 candidates were invited to apply under the PNP, with a CRS score of 731 or above.

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is determined by the date and time of their Express Entry profile submission.
In 2025, Canada invited 10898 candidates through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw. This year, IRCC held 56 Express Entry draws, including 24 PNP draws, with minimum CRS score ranges of 667-855.
