Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has now conducted a fresh Express Entry draw, which invites exactly 1,000 candidates to apply for permanent residency in Canada. This draw was exclusively for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), applicants under this program are skilled workers, having Canadian work experience, and wanting to transition to permanent residency.
The latest draw only from the CEC is part of Canada's efforts to retain talented people who are already in the country and working. It would also have fast access to permanent residency for international graduates, work permit holders, and other temporary residents.

IRCC held an Express Entry latest draw on September 3, 2025, inviting 1,000 Canadian Experience Class candidates with a minimum CRS score of 534 for Canada PR.
Multiple candidates with the same CRS attained this tie-breaking rule for IRCC based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.

Across these above Express Entry draws in 2025, Canada has issued a total of 20,850 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) Under Canadian Experience Class to eligible candidates seeking permanent residence.
Canadian Experience Class is perhaps the most popular immigration stream under Express Entry. It allows skilled workers who have recently acquired Canadian work experience to apply for permanent residency, exempt from a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or job offer.
