On September 15, 2025, Canada invited foreign applicants interested in applying for permanent residence under the new Express Entry draw number 366 of the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Yet, 228 invitations (ITAs) were issued by the IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) to designate foreign applicants with a minimum CRS score of 746 points. This represents a reduction of 26 points in the current CRS cut-off score for the PNP program compared to the last draw on September 2, 2025.
