IRCC invites more candidates to settle in Canada through its Express Entry draw. This draw was released on September 4, 2025, for the French Language Proficiency. This Express Entry draw is the third draw of September. However, this is the fifth draw for the French Language Proficiency Language of 2025. This is the 35th Express Entry draw of the year.
The Express Entry draw was released on September 4, 2025, and issued 4,500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs). The minimum CRS cut-off score for this draw is 446. These invitations to apply to the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Canadian Experience Class, and the Federal Skilled Trades Program may be issued through this round of invitations.
If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
