This online immigration management system is designed to streamline the application process to apply for Canada permanent residence (PR) under key economic immigration programs.

Before applying to the Express Entry Program, candidates must first determine whether they meet the eligibility criteria for any of the federal programs:

  • Age: Applicants aged 18 to 47 receive higher CRS points.
  • Education: Minimum requirements vary by program; typically, a post-secondary credential is required.
  • Work Experience: Relevant skilled work experience is assessed using the National Occupational Classification (NOC) system.
  • Language Proficiency: Candidates must take approved language tests (IELTS for English, TEF for French) and achieve the required Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) levels.
  • Other Factors: Adaptability, job offers in Canada, and provincial nominations can increase eligibility and CRS points.

Candidates can use the Come to Canada tool on the Government of Canada website to check their eligibility before starting the process.
