Manitoba has officially released its latest Provincial Nominee Program draw for December, offering new opportunities for skilled workers across multiple streams. For this latest draw, applicants were targeted through either the Skilled Worker program in Manitoba or the Skilled Worker Overseas pathways, if they indicated that the MPNP invited them directly as part of a strategic recruitment mission.
The latest Manitoba PNP draw was held on December 5, 2025, under the Skilled Worker Stream. The Manitoba PNP issued 184 Letters of Advice to Apply for the PR candidates.
The number of invitation are further divided into four different Invitation to Apply (ITA) under the strategic recruitment initiatives that are listed below:
