The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has conducted back-to-back draws after a 3-month pause, issuing 468 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) across 5 targeted Employer Job Offers. The OINP uses an Expression of Interest (EOI) system to select individuals who may be eligible to apply for Canada PR for one of its immigration streams.

If you have been selected in this first invitation round in August, you will receive an invitation to apply to your OINP e-Filing Portal account. If you have received an invitation, you may apply online if you qualify under the these stream identified in your invitation to apply. You must submit your application within 14 calendar days of the date of invitation.

On August 28, 2025, a total of 138 targeted invitations to applied to candidates in the Expression of Interest (EOI) system pool who may qualify for the REDI pilot under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, International Student or In-Demand Skills stream and who are currently living in Canada.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) includes Employer Job Offer streams designed to help employers fill the labor shortage by hiring skilled foreign workers. Through these streams, individuals with valid job offers from Ontario employers can apply for permanent residency.

Each stream requires a full-time job offer from an employer in Ontario, ensuring that skilled individuals can contribute to the province’s workforce while transitioning to Canada permanent residency(PR).
