Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) has conducted its first draw of September. The department issued invitations to candidates across a Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) draw.
The decision to invite candidates to apply for permanent residence in the latest Quebec draw was made based on the invitation criteria set by Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI).
The latest Quebec draw held on September 05, 2024, saw invitations being issued to 1,417 candidates under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank was September 3, 2024, at 6:25 a.m.

If you have been invited in this latest Quebec draw, you will receive a communication in your Arrima message centre with the information needed to submit a complete application for permanent residence (PR). Make sure to provide accurate information in your application, as failing to do so may result in your application being refused or rejected.
You have a maximum of 60 days to submit the application and pay the processing fees. Once this timeframe passes, your profile will no longer be valid.
