About the Strategic Recruitment Initiatives Under MPNP

Strategic recruitment initiatives are processes that enable Manitoba, whether employer-driven or community-driven. To attract and identify foreign nationals with the skills in demand across the province. These types of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program initiatives can help the local employers to fill the local labour shortage while inviting international candidates.

However, applicants who easily apply for this role must meet specific eligibility requirements, including having the appropriate work experience, relevant skills and education, language proficiency, and settlement potential.
