Ontario has officially launched its immigration selections for the year under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), signalling continued efforts to address labour shortages and strengthen regional economies.

However, in the previous year, the Ontario PNP draw welcomed 12,528 skilled candidates through 45 draws.

In its first selection round of 2026, the province conducted multiple targeted draws focused on candidates with valid job offers in key sectors. The invitations were issued through Employer Job Offer streams, prioritizing professionals in healthcare, regional economic development, and early childhood education.

The latest Ontario PNP draw was held on February 02, 2026. A total of 1,825 were issued under the Employer Job Offer streams for Foreign Worker, International Student, and In-Demand Skills.

Ontario PNP Draw Highlights

The Ontario government released the draw only for the Employee Job Offer Stream. This stream has three different variants that include:

Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream - 777

Employer Job Offer: International Student stream - 1,041

Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream - 7

List of Occupations Selected Under Ontario Employer Job Offer Streams

The Provincial Nominee Program focused on a specific list of Ontario in-demand occupations in its latest Employer Job Offer draws. Below is a detailed breakdown of roles selected across various streams and targeted categories.

1. Occupation targeted under Employee Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream draw

• NOC 31100 - Specialists in clinical and laboratory medicine
• NOC 31101 - Specialists in surgery
• NOC 31102 - General practitioners and family physicians

2. Occupation targeted under Employee Job Offer: Regional Economic Development through Immigration (REDI) draw

Applicants received invitations under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream if they had a minimum score of 44 and a valid job offer in one of the eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes listed below.

• NOC 12200 - Accounting technicians and bookkeepers
• NOC 21222 - Information systems specialists
• NOC 21231 - Software engineers and designers
• NOC 31301 - Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
• NOC 33102 - Nurse aides, orderlies, and patient service associates
• NOC 42202 - Early childhood educators and assistants

Invitations under the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream were issued to candidates with a score of 69 or higher and a qualifying job offer in an eligible NOC code.

• NOC 12111 - Health information management occupations
• NOC 12200 - Accounting technicians and bookkeepers
• NOC 13111 - Legal administrative assistants
• NOC 22232 - Occupational health and safety specialists
• NOC 22310 - Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians
• NOC 32101 - Licensed practical nurses
• NOC 33102 - Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
• NOC 33103 - Pharmacy technical assistants and pharmacy assistants
• NOC 42201 - Social and community service workers
• NOC 42202 - Early childhood educators and assistants

Candidates were invited through the Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream if they scored at least 34 and held a valid job offer in one of the eligible NOC codes.

• NOC 44101 - Home support workers, housekeepers and related occupations
• NOC 75101 - Material handlers
• NOC 94100 - Machine operators, mineral and metal processing
• NOC 94111 - Plastics processing machine operators
• NOC 94140 - Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing

3. Occupation targeted under Employee Job Offer: health occupations, early childhood educators, and assistants

• NOC 31300 - Nursing co-ordinators and supervisors
• NOC 31301 - Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
• NOC 31302 - Nurse practitioners
• NOC 31303 - Physician assistants, midwives and allied health professionals
• NOC 32101 - Licensed practical nurses
• NOC 33102 - Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
• NOC 42202 – Early childhood educators and assistants
