The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) selects skilled individuals through an Expression of Interest system to apply for permanent residency. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are invited to apply through their OINP account.

Receiving an invitation is the first step, but it does not guarantee selection under a specific stream. Once invited, applicants can apply online under the stream they qualify for, following the timeline given for Master's, PhD Graduate, or Employer Job Offer categories.

Summary of Latest OINP Draw:

The latest Ontario PNP draw issued on October 9, 2025. A total of 1680 invitations to apply (ITAs), including 695 under the Foreign Worker Stream, 810 under the International Student Stream, and 175 under the In-demand Skills Stream, with a minimum CRS was 31.

Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream

In this instance, the OINP issued a total of 695 invitations to apply (ITAs), with a CRS range of 38 to 51 and above. From now on, Ontario invited a total of 4128 under this stream.

Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream

In this instance, the OINP issued a total of 810 invitations to apply (ITAs), with a CRS range of 56 to 75 and above. From January 2025 to October 2025, Ontario invited 5,540 candidates through the International Student Stream.

Employer Job Offer: In-demand Skills Stream

In this instance, the OINP issued a total of 175 invitations to apply (ITAs), with a CRS range of 31 to 33 and above. As yet, Ontario has invited 811 candidates through this In-demand Skills Stream.
