Australian visa subclass 190 is a State nominated point based Australia PR visa that allows the skilled immigrants to live and work in the country on a permanent basis. This visa sub-class allows the skilled worker who is nominated by the states or territory to immigrate to Australia. Applicant can also include certain family members in their application.

To apply for 190 state sponsored visa candidates needs to submit the Expression of Interest (EOI) via the skill select program of the Australia immigration.   • Candidate must be nominating an occupation that matches the skill-sets and the occupation is on the relevant Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) OR the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL).
  • Get their credential assessed by relevant assessing authority which is suitable for the nominated occupation
  • Should prove competency in English Language
  • Must be able to meet the health and character requirements
  • Must clear the 65 points on the point test system

Applicants need to submit the following fees for them to apply for Australia PR visa – Skilled nominated subclass 190:

  • For primary applicant: $3775 AUD
  • Additional applicant for 18+ years of age: $1875 AUD
  • Additional applicant for less than 18 years of age: $940 AUD
