This stream provides with an immigration pathway to candidates who are eligible for permanent residence visa based on skills, age, and language proficiency etc.
What is the application process for the Australia Employer Nomination Scheme subclass visa 186?
Applicants can submit their application for the visa with the help of the Department’s online portal. But in order to start the process of application processing, applicant will first require their employer to start the process to prepare the nomination application for the role, for which online portal can be used. Applicant will require the nomination application TRN which is provided to the employer once they have started their nomination application.
Applicant will be able to submit their application once the employer has submitted the business nomination application. Applicant is not required to wait till Department decides the business nomination application. If the candidate is looking for nomination approval, the applicant is required to submit their application within the period of six months of the date business nomination application is approved.
