Just after Saskatchewan conducted two draws on a single day on September 6 – it held another Expression of Interest (EOI) draw on September 7. This SINP draw invited 943 candidates across two categories: Express Entry and Occupation in-demand.

521 invitations were issued from the Express Entry with specific NOC codes, with a minimum score of 70. Invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessment (ECA). Not all occupations were selected.
422 invitations were issued from the Occupation in-demand with specific NOC codes, with a minimum score of 70. Invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessment (ECA). Not all occupations were selected.

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) conducts Expression of Interest (EOI) draws on a bi-monthly basis. The SINP selects candidates based on their profile – that can support and sustain labor market shortages in the province.
Eligible candidates can apply under four streams offered by the Saskatchewan government:
Candidates with the highest scores in the pool are issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to apply for permanent residency in a subsequent SINP EOI draw.
