  • A candidatemust secure basic scores necessary in IELTS or CLB examination to qualify for nomination.
  • All candidatesmust successfully showcase their intention of living and working in Alberta.
  • All candidatesmust have a verified and validated work permit along with other relevant documents.
  • Every candidateneeds to determine their employment domain from the NOC categories – O, A or B.
  • Candidates must provide Alberta immigration authorities with legal papers sufficiently establishing their legal residence in their home country.
  • Candidates need to attain a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) confirmation letter.
