Ontario PNP Next Draw Prediction 2025

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a bi-weekly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the Ontario PNP next draw prediction – are determined by the needs of the OINP application inventory.

Canada’s most commercial province, Ontario offers a plethora of pathways to immigrants seeking to study, work, and apply for Canada PR. Its Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is one the major contributors to economic immigration in Canada.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), launched back in 2007, was established to meet the drastic labor market shortages in the province – in almost every industry! Ontario needs skilled professionals and has opened up numerous high-demand jobs to support & sustain its economy.

Ontario and its Provincial Nominee Program (OINP), are by far the most popular choice for immigrants looking for permanent residency in Canada. Toronto and Ottawa, two of Ontario’s most popular cities – welcomed over half of all new Canada PR holders in 2025.

At present, if you plan on immigrating to Ontario, you have these options to choose from:

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)

  • Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream
  • Employer Job Offer: International Student stream
  • Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream
  • Masters Graduate stream
  • PhD Graduate stream
  • Entrepreneur stream

Some of these options under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program are base streams and others are enhanced streams. Enhanced are those that are aligned with the Express Entry Program, a Federal Immigration program that manages three key economic immigration intakes in Canada.

Candidates seeking provincial nomination under the OINP, are required to submit an Expression of Interest. Based on the score in the Ontario PNP points calculator, and the details provided in the EOI. Candidates securing nomination under this enhanced stream are automatically awarded 600 points in the CRS – effectively guaranteeing an Invitation to Apply for Canada PR.

Base streams are not aligned with the Express Entry. To immigrate under one, candidates are required to directly apply to the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Eligible candidates under the OINP are issued ITAs in a draw, conducted on a bi-weekly basis - with some exceptions.
