First Ontario PNP draw of 2024 issues 1,451 invitations for PR

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has conducted its first invitation round of 2024. The OINP frequently invites candidates registered in the pool to apply to the program. The information provided in the application is used to rank candidates most likely to meet Ontario’s economic and labour market needs. 

The latest Ontario PNP draw held on January 09, 2024, invited 1,451 candidates under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream. Candidates with work experience in skilled trades, healthcare, or tech occupations were targeted across two invitation rounds.

Invited candidates also required a minimum score of 33 or above to be eligible.

With this first draw of 2024, Ontario continues to prioritize the selection of skilled workers with the necessary skills, qualifications, and potential to succeed in the province’s dynamic economy.
