Canada is one of the most popular destinations for immigrants from all over the world. With a welcoming and multicultural society, a strong economy, and excellent quality of life, it's no surprise that so many people choose to call Canada their new home.

One of the most popular ways to immigrate to Canada is through the Express Entry system. The Express Entry system is designed to fast-track the processing of skilled worker applications, making it easier for qualified individuals to apply for Canada PR.

When it comes to immigration costs, the cost for Canada PR from India is still fairly affordable compared to other popular immigrant-destination such as Australia, the UK, and the USA. In this blog, we will discuss the costs involved in applying for Canada PR from India through Express Entry.

  • Educational Credential Assessment (ECA): INR 13,000 to INR 20,000

This assessment is used to determine the equivalency of your education to Canadian standards. The cost of the ECA varies depending on the organization you choose, but on average, it can cost around INR 13,000 to INR 20,000.

In addition to the federal Express Entry system, many Canadian provinces and territories have their own immigration programs called Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs). These programs allow provinces and territories to nominate candidates who meet their specific immigration needs. If you are nominated by a province or territory, you will receive an additional 600 points toward your Express Entry score, which can greatly increase your chances of being invited to apply for permanent residency. The cost of applying to a PNP varies by province, but on average, it can cost anywhere from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
