Australia Spouse Visa Eligibility Criteria

You have to fulfil the following criteria to become eligible for the Australia Spouse Visa:

You and your spouse have to share a true commitment to lead a life together whether in a de facto relationship or legally married
The relationship has to be continuous and authentic
You and your spouse have to live together or plan to do so
