The Canada PR Visa is a multiple-entry Visa that is valid for 5 years. It offers skilled overseas workers the opportunity to reside, work and settle in the nation. After 5 years, you can renew or extend your PR Visa. You can also apply for Citizenship in Canada after residing and working for 3 years on the PR Visa. Check Your Eligibility for Canada PR
You have to obtain at least 67 points from an overall 100 to qualify for applying for the Canada PR Visa through the Express Entry System.

A specific age limit has not been specified. But various programs offer priority to younger candidates by awarding them higher points.
You have to appear for the IELTS exam for demonstrating that you can adapt to and work in Canada. CLB 7 is the least IELTS score needed to become eligible for the Canada PR Visa application. Concurrently, CLB 9 IELTS score or higher can enhance the strength of your profile in the Express Entry pool. It can enhance your prospects of obtaining approval for a Work Permit.
You must have education at least at the Senior-secondary level to demonstrate your eligibility as per the Canadian immigration criteria. If your educational level is higher than the Senior-secondary standard, you get extra points and also an edge over fellow candidates/applicants.
You must possess experience of at least 1 year, weekly 3 hours to qualify. Your application’s chances of approval increase with higher work experience.
The ability to adapt in Canada also offers you points. You can also obtain extra points for PR application if you have a blood relative or spouse in Canada.

The section Transferability of Skills offers points to candidates for overseas work experience and education. It also included qualification certificates for individuals in trade occupations.

The section for Additional points offers extra 600 points if you obtain a Provincial Nomination. Other factors include Canadian Post-secondary education and an authentic job offer that incur extra points.

You have to cautiously complete the below Canada PR Application process in the specified timelines:
You have to obtain the ECA - Educational Credential Assessment to demonstrate that your overseas education corresponds to the level in Canada.
You have to obtain the specified bands in the IELTS. It proves that your skills in the English language are on par with the CLB - Canadian Government Benchmark Level 7.
You can create a profile online in the Express Entry System after you obtain both the above-specified documents.
You will be offered a score after submitting the application form. It is considered a cut-off for the assessment of applications. You qualify for the Canada PR Visa if you obtain the specified CRS score.
You have to now wait for the draw held in the Express Entry pool conducted at standard intervals. You receive the ITA for PR if you score equal to or higher than the specified cut-off CRS score.
You will be offered the ITA - Invitation To Apply if you secure the specified CRS score. You get 60 days time to file a PR application after this.
You can submit the final application for PR along with essential documents. The bulk of these applications is processed by the authorities with a target of 6 months. You will receive the authorization for PR if your application is approved.
