Ontario is on a roll - and is conducting back-to-back invitation rounds in 2023. 

On April 4th, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted new draws - for candidates under OINP’s Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream, Masters Graduate Stream, and Ph.D. Graduate Stream. A total of 889 ITAs were issued in this first BC PNP draw of the month. 

Here are the details of the latest Ontario PNP draw held on April 4, 2023.

Who was invited?

Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream

• Number of invitations: 6
• Date profiles created: November 22, 2022 - April 4, 2023
• Score range: N/A
• Type of draw: Targeted draw for Economic Mobility Pathways Project candidates.

Masters Graduate Stream 

• Number of invitations: 752
• Date profiles created: November 22, 2022 - April 4, 2023
• Score range: 52 and above
• Type of draw: General draw

Ph.D. Graduate Stream 

• Number of invitations: 131
• Date profiles created: November 22, 2022 - April 4, 2023
• Score range: 48 and above
• Type of draw: Targeted draw for tech and health occupations

If you’re invited.

The size and frequency of the Expression of Interest (NOI) selection are determined by the OINP’s application backlog at that time. OINP draws are usually held on a monthly basis - with some exceptions. The dates of the Ontario Skilled Trade Stream will not be posted before they take place.

If you have been selected from the pool of candidates, you may receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) to the OINP. However, an ITA does not mean that you qualify for one of the OINP streams. Once you have received an ITA, you may apply online if you qualify under the stream identified in your ITA. 

You must submit your application within 14 calendar days of receiving the ITA.
