The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) has conducted a new Canberra Matrix invitation round.

The ACT has allotted a fixed number of nominations for each month (pro rata against the annual allocation). The highest-ranked matrix in each occupation was invited to apply for ACT nomination in this invitation round.

The cut-off for the selection depended on the remaining monthly allocation, the date & time of the matrix submission, occupation cap and demand. The greater the demand for an occupation, the higher the rank of the matrix score is. The minimum ranking score is an indication only and does not guarantee that an invite was issued. Invitations will not be issued if you have an active application in the system or have already received an ACT nomination.

Receiving an invitation is not guaranteed. The ACT does not provide individual updates on your ranking or the chances of getting an invitation to apply. The Matrix system does not prioritize or issue invitations based on personal situations, such as visa expiry dates, significant life events like birthdays, or changes in circumstances.

Meeting or exceeding the minimum cut-off ranking score only indicates eligibility; it does not guarantee an invitation to apply for Australia PR. Additionally, candidates who have already received ACT nomination in the past or do not have an active application in the system were not considered in the invitation round.
