The November 28th draw is a continuation of British Columbia issuing high invites with low scores. This draw marks another significant step by British Columbia in attracting foreign workers and graduates to contribute to the province’s diverse and thriving labor market.
BC PNP has been conducting 4-5 draws almost every month in 2023. The same trend is expected to be carried on for December as well.
The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducts Skills Immigration draws to invite qualified individuals to become permanent residents in the province. In these draws, the government selects candidates based on their skills and experience to meet the local labor market needs.
Applicants with job offers in certain in-demand occupations receive priority, as BC aims to fill gaps in its workforce. The draws focus on professions like technology, healthcare, and trades that contribute to the province's economic growth.

To participate, candidates usually need to register with the BC PNP and create a profile detailing their education, work experience, and language proficiency. The program uses a points-based system aka BC PNP points calculator to assess candidates, considering factors including a job offer, skill level, and regional employment demand.
Once selected in a draw, candidates receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence. Successfully navigating this process allows individuals and their families to settle and contribute to the vibrant communities of British Columbia. The BC PNP Skills Immigration draws play a vital role in addressing labor market needs while providing skilled immigrants with opportunities to build a new life in this diverse and welcoming province.
