Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new Express Entry draw.

On 14 February 2024, the department issued 3,500 invitations to candidates in a category-based Express Entry draw for Healthcare Occupations. Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 422 to be eligible.

This draw follows a General Express Entry draw that occurred yesterday, on February 13 - in which 1,490 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 535 were invited. So far in 2024 there was one other category-based selection draw. That draw took place on February 1 and invited 7,000 candidates with strong French language proficiency.

It has been the largest draw of the year so far.
