British Columbia has conducted its fifth Skills Immigration draw of the month. British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) draws are held every week, usually on a Wednesday.
The BC PNP latest draw held on April 30, 2024, invited 79 candidates under the Skilled Worker and International Graduate streams. Candidates with work experience in in-demand sectors in British Columbia were invited.

If you have been invited in this BC PNP draw, you will now have 30 days to submit a complete application for permanent residence (PR) to the British Columbia PNP.
On the other hand, if you did not get invited, your profile will remain active in the pool of candidates. You can expect to receive an invitation in the next BC PNP draw. The next BC PNP draw is expected to be conducted on May 08, 2024.

The BC PNP Skills Immigration category is designed to attract skilled and semi-skilled workers in high-demand jobs mentioned on the BC PNP Occupations in Demand List.
Invitations are based on the information candidates provide in their registrations. Candidates with the highest scores in BC’s points grid, aka BC PNP points calculator - and issued an invitation to apply for Canada PR. The draw type, stream, minimum score, and number of invitations are not published beforehand.
80% of applications under the BC PNP are processed within 8-10 months.
