On June 27, 2023, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted a new Skills Immigration draw. This latest BC PNP draw issued a total of 185 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to eligible candidates present in the BC PNP pool.

This was the fourth Skills Immigration draw conducted by British Columbia in June.

Category 1: General Draw

  • Total number of invitations: 130
  • Streams invited: Skilled Workers & International Graduates (including EEBC option) and Entry-Level & Semi-Skilled
  • Minimum score: 87-109

Category 2: Targeted Draw (Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202))

  • Total number of invitations: 30
  • Streams invited: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
  • Minimum score: 60

Category 3: Targeted Draw (Healthcare)

  • Total number of invitations: 20
  • Streams invited: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
  • Minimum score: 60

Category 4: Targeted Draw (Tech)

  • Total number of invitations: 5

BC PNP issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a weekly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the next BC PNP draw - are determined by the needs of the BC PNP application inventory.
