Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has held another round of invitations under the Express Entry system, this time targeting 3,000 candidates through the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) stream. This is the six Canadian Experience Class draw. Previously, the department invited 503 candidates from the Provincial Nominee Program.
IRCC held Express Entry latest draw #353 on June 26, 2025, inviting 3,000 CEC candidates with a minimum CRS score of 521 to apply for Canada PR.
Only candidates with valid Canadian work experience under the CEC category and CRS scores of 521 or higher received invitations. In case of multiple candidates with the same lowest score, IRCC applied the tie-breaking rule based on the submission timestamp of Express Entry profiles.

So far in 2025, IRCC has issued 15,850 ITAs through six CEC-specific draws. This consistent focus on CEC candidates underscores the value of Canadian work experience in securing permanent residency.
