The Manitoba PNP carried out a new Expression of Interest (EOI) draw on July 10, 2025, issuing 67 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to eligible candidates in the Skilled Worker and International Education streams.

It was the 6th MPNP draw since May 2025, as Manitoba regularly invites skilled immigrants who can contribute to the development of its labor market and communities.

International Education Stream

Graduate internship pathway (GIP)

In this draw, candidates who stated that they met the requirements under the International Education Stream of Manitoba, namely the Graduate Internship Pathway, were selected.

• Number of LAAs issued: 40

Skilled Worker Stream

The profiles that were directly invited through a strategic recruitment initiative under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas categories were considered.

• Number of LAAs issued: 27
• Lowest-ranked candidate CRS score: 673

Of the 67 LAAs offered in the draw, 29 were awarded to applicants who provided a legitimate Express Entry profile and job seeker validation code.

What is the Manitoba PNP?

One of the current immigration programs run by a Canadian province is the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). It enables the province to identify candidates that match the economy of Manitoba and may settle and add value to the local communities.

The program runs several streams, which are:

• Manitoba Skilled Worker: For individuals currently working in Manitoba with backing from their employer.

• Skilled Workers Overseas: Skilled workers with Manitoba connections (e.g., family, employment, or education).

• International Education Stream: For recent Manitoba Institute graduates with in-demand skills.

The MPNP is an Expression of Interest (EOI) program in which interested persons submit profiles and are ranked based on several factors, such as:

• Language proficiency
• Work experience
• Education
• Adaptability
• Age
• Risk assessment

The best applicants are invited via normal draws. After a candidate receives a Letter of Advice to Apply, there is a 60-day requirement to supply a complete application to the MPNP. Once nominated at the provincial level, individuals may apply to IRCC for Canadian permanent residency

Through the recent draw, Manitoba PNP has so far invited 728 candidates under its EOI draws this year, 2025. It encompasses all of the invitation's primary streams, including Manitoba's Skilled Worker, International Education Stream, and Overseas Skilled Worker.
