Manitoba has conducted a new draw on February 08, 2024. 

The Manitoba PNP latest draw held on February 08, 2024, saw invitations being issued to 282 candidates under all three MPNP streams: Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.

Of the 282 invitations issued in this draw, 26 were given to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

Profiles declaring a Manitoba Supporter who is a close relative were considered.

• Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 619

International Education Stream

Profiles that declared meeting International Education Stream eligibility requirements.

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 83

Skilled Worker Overseas

Profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 48
• Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 713

This was only the fourth time, Manitoba conducted an EOI draw where Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream saw invitations being issued under the “Close Relative in Manitoba Selection” category. The previous such draws were held on November 30, 2023, December 28, 2023, and January 11, 2024.

Close Relative in Manitoba Selection

Candidates under the Close Relative in Manitoba Selection category must demonstrate documented proof of their family relationship. To be eligible, the supporter in Manitoba must be either the candidate’s:

• Sister or Brother
• Niece or Nephew
• Aunt or Uncle
• First Cousin
• Mother or Father
• Grandmother or Grandfather

Candidates with an eligible supporter must declare both their and the supporter’s contact information to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). The information provided must be accurate and up to date.
