The Manitoba PNP conducts regular draws under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system to invite candidates in the EOI pool to submit a full application to the MPNP. If you have been invited in this latest Manitoba PNP draw, you will have 60 days to submit the full application. If this time frame passes, your invitation or Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) will not be valid.
The Manitoba PNP Latest draw was held on June 26, 2025, and a total of 492 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued to eligible candidates under the Skilled Worker stream and International Education streams.
