OINP’s Employer Job Offer Category

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)'s Employer Job Offer category helps skilled workers get permanent residency in Ontario, Canada. This stream requires a valid job offer from an Ontario employer. There are three streams within this category:

  • Foreign Worker Stream,
  • International Student Stream, and
  • In-Demand Skills Stream.

To qualify, the job offer must be full-time and permanent, meeting Ontario's wage standards. The employer must also meet certain business requirements, such as being active for at least three years and having a good financial status. Applicants need to have the necessary skills and experience for the job.

The OINP's Employer Job Offer stream is designed to fill labour shortages and help businesses grow by bringing in skilled workers from around the world. This program not only supports Ontario's economy but also provides a pathway for individuals to live and work in the province permanently.
