Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) is the only Canadian PNP to make its draw schedule public. PEI PNP usually follows this schedule, except in 2020 – when the COVID-19 pandemic halted immigration around the world.
We can expect 22 PEI PNP draws in 2023. These monthly invitation rounds will welcome potential immigration candidates who may be eligible for a provincial nomination under one of PEI PNP’s three categories: Express Entry, Labor Impact, and Business Impact.

Take note: The Office of Immigration reserves the right to modify the draw schedule based on PNP’s requirements. The draw dates in bold are for the Business Impact Category.
In 2022, PEI PNP invited a total of 1,854 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination. Of these invitations, 1,729 were from the Labour Impact & Express Entry categories and 125 were from the Business Impact category.
Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) currently manages three categories: Express Entry, Labor Impact, and Business Impact.
Candidates wanting to immigrate under the PEI PNP are required to create a profile in the province’s Expression of Interest (EOI) system. Candidates are then assigned a CRS score based on their profile – and, the highest-ranking candidates are invited to submit an application during periodic draws.
The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a monthly basis, with some exceptions. The frequency, size, and date of the Prince Edward Island PNP next draw prediction – are determined by the needs of the PEI PNP application inventory.
