How to immigrate under Quebec’s RSWP?

Candidates wanting to immigrate through the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) must first submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) on Arrima, and get placed in the pool. From the pool, candidates whose profile corresponds to Québec’s needs and, - who have good potential for integration into French are invited to apply for permanent selection.

Profiles are evaluated based on the selection grid criteria used by the Quebec government to assess their eligibility for the RSWP. This includes factors such as Education, Work Experience, Age, Language Proficiency in French and/or English, and other criteria that are specific to the Quebec RSWP. Candidates with the highest scores in the Quebec Points Calculator are generally selected in a draw.
