Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) has conducted a new draw for candidates waiting for an invitation in the pool. The department issued invitations once every month.

The Quebec latest draw held on April 11, 2024, saw invitations being issued to 1,036 candidates under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). If you are invited, you will receive a communication in your Arrima message centre with the information needed to access the form and submit an application for permanent residence.

These invitations were issued to candidates across two categories. The date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank was April 8, 2024, at 6:26 a.m.

Quebec Latest Draw - Result

Category 1

Invitations were issued to candidates that met the following criteria:

• They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français.
• They had a score equal to or greater than 536 points.
• Their occupation appears in the following NOC codes:

2154 - Land surveyors
2242 - Electronic service technicians (household & commercial goods)
7233 - Sheet metal workers
7234 - Boilermakers
7236 - Ironworkers
7237 - Welders and related machine operators
7241 - Electricians (except industrial and power system)
7271 - Carpenters
7281 - Bricklayers
7282 - Concrete finishers
7291 - Roofers and shinglers
7294 - Painters and decorators (except interior decorators)
7295 - Floor covering installers
7311 - Construction millwrights and industrial mechanics
7312 - Heavy-duty equipment mechanics
7313 - Refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics
7318 - Elevator constructors and mechanics
7371 - Crane operators
7372 - Drillers and blasters - surface mining, quarrying and construction

Invitations were issued to candidates that met the following criteria:

• They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français.
• They had a score equal to or greater than 606 points.
• Their occupation appears in the following NOC codes:

The information provided in your Expression of Interest (EOI) will be copied to your application to apply for Canada PR visa. You will also need to add additional information to ensure that the information provided is accurate.

After submitting, you will receive a personalized list of documents you need to provide - to support your PR application. From the date you receive your invitation, you will have 60 days to submit this application, along with the documents, and pay the processing fees.

If this timeframe passes, your invitation will be no longer valid.
