In 2023, Quebec conducted 16 RSWP draws that invited a total of 17,408 candidates.
Quebec Immigration draws are held once every month - with some exceptions. Candidates who want to immigrate to Quebec must file an Expression of Interest (EOI) on Arrima. Once filed, their profile is placed and ranked in the EOI Bank using the Quebec points assessment grid.
Profiles in the EOI pool are evaluated based on the selection grid criteria used by the MIFI to assess their eligibility for RSWP. This includes factors such as Education, Work Experience, Age, Language Proficiency in French and/or English, and other criteria that are specific to the Quebec RSWP.
The process to apply under Quebec’s RSWP involves several steps, which majorly include creating an online account, submitting documents, and attending an interview if required. Successful applicants and their families are then granted a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ), which allows them to apply for a Canada PR visa.
The Quebec latest draw is a continuation of the province conducting draws with high ITAs and low scores. If you did not receive an Invitation, your profile will remain active for 12 months in the pool. You may be issued an ITA in the next Quebec draw.
