Quebec’s Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration has conducted its second draw of the month. At the beginning of June, the department welcomed 1,281 candidates to apply for permanent residence.
The Quebec latest draw was held on June 20, 2024. A total of 1,470 candidates from Quebec’s Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) were invited to apply for permanent residence. Invited candidates required a minimum score of 585 to be eligible for an invitation.

A total of 11 Quebec RSWP draws have been conducted so far in 2024. The minimum score required to be eligible in the most recent Quebec RSWP draws has continued to drop.

In 2023, Quebec conducted 16 RSWP draws and invited a total of 17,408 candidates to apply for permanent residence. This Quebec latest draw is a continuation of the province issuing high invites with low scores.
Quebec’s Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) is designed for those skilled workers who wish to immigrate to Quebec permanently. To be eligible, you must first declare your interest in immigrating to Quebec to work. If your profile matches the criteria needed in Quebec, you will be invited to apply for permanent residence.
