On June 29, 2023, Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) conducted its third invitation round of the month. The latest Prince Edward Island PNP draw issued invitations to candidates under its Labour & Express Entry stream. No Business Work Permit Entrepreneur stream invitations were issued in this draw.
Over the last 12 months, the Prince Edward Island PNP has issued a total of 2,464 invitations to Labor & Express Entry candidates and 96 invitations to Business Work Permit Entrepreneur candidates.
This draw inlines with the proposed Prince Edward Island PNP draw schedule for 2023.

The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) offers two streams for skilled workers and international graduates: the Labor Impact and the Express Entry stream.
The Labor Impact stream is designed for skilled workers who possess the necessary experience and skills in demand by PEI employers. Under this stream, candidates can apply under three categories: Skilled Worker, Critical Worker, and International Graduate. Each category has specific eligibility requirements related to work experience, education, and language proficiency. Successful candidates receive a nomination from the PEI PNP, which significantly enhances their chances of obtaining Canadian permanent residency.
On the other hand, the Express Entry stream is aligned with the federal Express Entry system, which manages the applications for three economic immigration programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Class, the Federal Skilled Trades Class, and the Canadian Experience Class. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for one of these programs and also express an interest in living and working in Prince Edward Island may be eligible for nomination through the PEI PNP. Once nominated, candidates receive additional points in the Express Entry system, increasing their chances of receiving an invitation to apply for Canada PR.
