The opportunity Card permits part-time work according to the basis of minimum wage or higher than it. As of May 2023, this is Euros 12.00 hourly. Those who work part-time can get an income of 1000 or more Euros monthly. The income can increase to much higher than 1000 Euros monthly for those who work full-time.

The fundamental criterion is a minimum University Degree as per the policies of your nation of residence or 2 years of Vocational Training. Further, you are also required to have basic knowledge of English (B2) or German (A1) and must also be able to demonstrate this.
